First grade exploring Springville

Our first graders had an exciting adventure exploring our Springville community! Their day began with a special visit to the Springville Library, where they learned how books are organized, listened to stories, and even got to see how librarians check out and return books. Many students discovered new books they can’t wait to read!

Afterward, they enjoyed a picnic lunch at the beautiful Civic Center Park. The students laughed, played on the playground, and spent time together enjoying the sunshine and fresh air.

The final stop was the Springville Post Office, where each student mailed their very own postcard. They watched as the postal workers stamped and sorted the mail, learning how letters travel from one place to another.

It was a hands-on learning experience that helped our students understand the important places and people that help our community run every day. We are so lucky to live in such a friendly and supportive town!First grade exploring SpringvilleFirst grade exploring SpringvilleFirst grade exploring SpringvilleFirst grade exploring SpringvilleFirst grade exploring SpringvilleFirst grade exploring SpringvilleFirst grade exploring SpringvilleFirst grade exploring Springville
