Our third graders turned into real-life explorers during our walking field trip to the Springville Pioneer Museum! It felt like stepping back in time as we learned all about the lives of early pioneers. Students were amazed to see authentic artifacts such as old-fashioned tools, clothing, and household items that families used over 100 years ago. They loved hearing stories about how people traveled, cooked, worked, and played before modern technology. It was exciting to compare life then to life now, and many students said they were grateful for electricity, cars, and indoor plumbing! We had an unforgettable day filled with learning, curiosity, and adventure.
